Nice and peaceful like all mosque
May Allah bless you
Beautiful small masjid. Masjid has all up to date facilities. It's a bit tricky to find.
Masjid was really cosy. The carpet was soft and cleaned.
Would suggest they make a small conservatory outside the entrance for shoes so they don't get stolen. (Just in case)š
Really convenient for Friday prayers. The Bengali brothers volunteer and manage this mosque very well. Keep up the good work.
Also have biriani on sale for lunch (Ā£5, Bengali style with water šš¼)
Throughout my time at College I have always went to this Masjid . This Masjid has a wudu room with plenty of seats , 3 toilets and many more . The people that come here are multicultural (though all the people who work at the mosque look South Asian , which is NOT a bad thing) . I want say thank you to everyone who works and comes to this masjid .
I prayed Dhuhr in the womenās section today - (note: the website says thereās no womanās section on Jummah days which is a shame hence 4 stars) there is enough space for 15-20 women and the prayer area is clean, comfortable and sufficiently closed off behind some curtains.
Thereās a small library with Quran and books. There are also fans, though I did find it nice a cool without the fan (and today was quite hot) The Qibla direction is shown with a picture of the Kaba hanging from the fan and with an arrow on the ceiling above the same fan (see pics). There are also some prayer gowns available.
Sisters have their own bathroom to make wudu (one at a time) which is located immediately on the right as you come through the main entrance.
The entrance is shared with men, and shoes are left outside, so when I came out there were quite a few men putting on their shoes whilst I was trying to put mine on.
I recommend keeping your shoes in a bag and bringing it in with you to make it easier to find and put your shoes on after the prayer.
I really enjoyed my visit and will be using it regularly as I attend the British library. Iām grateful that the mosque was kind enough to provide a space for sisters - as a woman I can attest that in this day and age it is a great blessing.
MashaAllah, the masjid is always open when I visit, so very convenient for those travelling in and out of Euston/Kings Cross Station.
Separate toilet for sisters and area situated in masjid to pray, very well maintained and peaceful. Highly recommend.
Very convenient mosque for those who regularly use Kings Cross Station. The entrance isnāt super obvious but the facilities are all there.
What a Jem, hidden in a basement of a council block walking distance from kings cross. Amazing community. Loved praying Friday prayer so convenient from my office.
